Introduction
I’ve been playing around with this Corn Crochet Pattern lately, and it's become one of my go-to projects when I just want to make something quick without having to think too hard.
You basically just crochet the little yellow cob and then the green husks that wrap around it. I’ll be honest, for assembly, I just used hot glue to stick the husks on. I know, I know, some people are dedicated to sewing everything, but for a little charm like this, it’s fast and it holds together perfectly fine.
I made one to hang off the zipper of my gardening tote bag, and it just sort of fits the vibe, you know? While I stuck with the classic yellow yarn for the cob, I saw someone make a multi-colored one that looked like that cool glass gem corn. I might have to try that next if I end up with the right scrap yarn.
Anyway, it's just a fun little thing to work on. Doesn't take much time at all.
