So, a bunch of you have been asking for a giant strawberry crochet pattern, and I finally managed to carve out some time to get it done. It’s a pretty straightforward project, honestly. Nothing wild, just the basic stitches you probably already know.

The whole thing comes together in two parts: the leaf top and the strawberry itself. No complex moves for either piece, which is nice.

Once you have the two pieces, you just sew them together. It’s not fussy work, just try to get the leaves centered on top.

How to Read the Pattern

For Round 3, repeat making (a single crochet followed by an increase) 6 times in total.

  • Round 1:  6 sc in magic ring
  • Round 2-4:  6 sc
  • Round 5:  sc, 2 inc, sc, 2 inc
  • Round 6:  (8 ch, in 2nd chain from the hook 7 sc, Sk, sl) * 5 times
  • Round 7:  (7 sc, make a picot stitch in the side of the last sc, 7 sc) * 5 times

🍓 Strawberry Body

Don't forget to stuff it with cotton right before you close up the hole. You want it to be fluffy and squishy, but don't overstuff it. It's all about how it feels—you'll know when it's just right.
